Here at Wades we offer a quick, specialised delivery service specific to each of our customer’s individual needs and requests. We aim to deliver your purchases at a time that fits around you, dependant on the time that you place your order, your location and whether the item is currently in stock at our warehouse.
So you can pick what’s best for you!
Next Day Delivery - Prices start from £9.99. As stated purchases made before 4pm the day before required delivery will be delivered the next day. Although we try our best to keep to your preferred delivery choice, this service is very popular and occasionally is not feasible, if this ever occurs an email or telephone call will be made informing you about the next delivery option we can offer, if you have paid for next day delivery but this service is not available a refund will be issued, and you will not have to pay for the alternate delivery issued to you.
Standard Delivery - Prices start from £4.99 (under £250.00). With standard deliveries your purchases should be with you within 3 – 5 working days. In cases where this has not occurred we will contact you, and issue a full refund and arrange the next available date for delivery; you will not be expected to cover the delivery charges.
Saturday Delivery – Prices start from £5.99. If you require a Saturday delivery purchases must be made before 4pm on the Thursday of the week you want your delivery to arrive. If there is a situation where Saturday delivery is not available we will contact you, and issue a full refund and arrange the next available date for delivery; you will not be expected to cover the delivery charges.
When placing orders please select the delivery option that you require. Once we have received your order an email or telephone call will be made to yourselves confirming the date of delivery. If there are any issues about delivery, we will follow the procedures as stated in each of the delivery options and offer a full refund. However, if we deliver and you are not there and there have not been additional notes to leave items elsewhere; please note that you will be expected to pay for additional delivery another day. All deliveries are subject to whether the purchases are currently available or in stock at the time of purchase.

To use our click and collect service, choose this option when you reach check out screen. We will contact you by email or telephone when you item is in stock and ready for collection. We aim to have all items ready for collection within 3-5 working days. (in many cases your items will be ready next day)
